CLAIM - Local Support Centre for the Integration of Migrants
Besides providing information, the mission of the CLAIM (Local Support Centre for the Integration of Migrants) is to provide support to migrants with reception and integration process, cooperating with various local organizations, and promoting interculturality on a local level.
These services provide support and general information in different areas, such as regularization, nationality, family reunification, housing, voluntary return, work, health, education, among other day-to-day issues.
The CLAIM Network also integrates specialized Support Offices that intervene in different areas with the purpose of complementing and consolidating the integration process.
The CLAIM of Idanha-a-Nova results from the partnership protocol established between the High Commission for Migration ACM, IP and this Municipality in order to implement the services of reception, information and support for migrant citizens.

- Support for associations

Opening hours (attendance in person):
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 9.00am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 5.00pm
- Friday: 9.00am - 1.00pm

Out-of-hours service is possible by prior appointment.
On-site support is possible by prior appointment for the migrants who do not have access to the services due to lack of mobility or other resources.
